This privacy policy applies to the RenewTrack app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by RoskiApps (collectively, the "Application"). RoskiApps is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data, and receive non-discriminatory treatment.

Opt-Out & Data Retention

Opt-Out: Stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application.

User Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use plus 12 months, unless required longer by law.

Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection.

Aggregated Data: Retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you.

International Data Transfers

The Service Provider may transfer personal data outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA), utilizing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), adequacy decisions, or explicit user consent where required by law.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
